Acceptance

By accessing or using VisionFlow VMS, you agree to follow these terms and any policies your organization provides. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and roles

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials. Use the application only for legitimate visitor management tasks permitted by your role and employer.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the system to harass, deceive, or process personal data without a valid basis. Respect visitor dignity and applicable workplace rules.

Availability

The service is provided as deployed by your organization. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted access except as separately agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionFlow VMS is provided “as is” without warranties. Your organization’s agreement with its vendor or internal policies may define remedies.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes should be communicated through your administrator.
