Can reports be filtered by property?

Yes. Reports can be reviewed by property and date, making arrival history easier to understand.

How does this help with compliance or audits?

VisionFlow VMS keeps arrivals tied to properties, hosts, and staff actions with consistent records—so reviews and exports start from structured data instead of loose notes or disconnected spreadsheets.

Can we see who is still on-site?

Check-in status and visit logs are designed so teams can understand who checked in, who checked out, and what is still active—supporting daily operations and situational awareness.

How long does onboarding usually take?

Most teams start with one property, validate front-desk flow, then roll out to more locations in phases.

What happens if internet is unavailable?

Reception needs a live connection to your VisionFlow VMS server for check-in and records. The mobile app shows a clear error and retry when the network or server is unreachable—there is no silent offline queue for visitor data.

Where is data hosted?

Your deployment URL (for example visitors.africa) defines where records are stored. Your organization controls access by role; contact your administrator for retention and hosting details for your contract.

Can we export records for internal reviews?

Yes. Arrival records and filtered reports can be reviewed and exported for operational and audit needs.

Do you support training for reception teams?

Yes. Rollout guidance can be structured around your reception workflow so teams adopt quickly.
