How we treat information in VisionFlow VMS.

What this covers

VisionFlow VMS is a visitor management workspace. This page describes privacy practices at a high level. Your organization may have additional policies that apply to staff and visitors.

Data you enter

Visitor records, host assignments, property details, and account information are stored so the product can operate (check-in, reporting, and role-based access). Do not enter sensitive data you are not permitted to process.

Who can see data

Access is limited by role and property assignment. Administrators and authorized managers handle configuration and oversight according to your deployment.

Retention

How long records are kept should follow your organization’s policies. Work with your administrator on exports, archival, and deletion expectations.

Demo requests

If you submit the demo form on the public site, your name, email, phone, and other fields are stored in the same database as your VisionFlow VMS deployment and are visible to administrators in the admin console so they can follow up. Do not include confidential information in free-text fields.
